More Craziness from Blankenship

UPDATE: Link changed to a Charleston Daily Mail article that, while not as in-depth as the original, is at least freely available. In this article, Coal CEO Don Blankenship calls environmentalists crazy and likens them to Osama Bin Laden.

This guy, who has no grasp on reality, makes me want to say "takes one to know one!" He is seriously delusional in so many ways. Unfortunately, manipulating public opinion is one way in which he's stone cold sane.

All I have to do is hear his name or see his high-blood-pressure-red face on TV and I feel rage.

The man treats this state like a pimp treats a cheap whore. Seriously -- I don't understand why the citizens haven't run him out of the state.

I wish I were making it up. But unfortunately, I'm not that creative. Fortunately the Bank of America won't be financing MTR (or at least, limiting it). That's the only language Donny Boy understands...cold hard cash.

Rebecca, I get furious every time I hear him. I think the reason he lives out of state is so that he'll have a head start once we finally wake up and smell the coffee.

I clicked on the link... couldn't believe that you have to pay $5 to read the article... shee, folks are nuts.

Sorry, Kit. I didn't know the access would expire. Sometimes these local papers are more paranoid with their content than the biggies.

Basically, dude was calling environmentalists crazy and saying that he takes their criticism as a compliment. He said something like "if al Qaeda were criticizing me, I would not be bothered by it."

Fortunately, crazy Don has opened his mouth again. I'll blog that later today.
